Calling us or submitting the form starts an enquiry. A form submission is not, by itself, a confirmed appointment, completed booking or guarantee that a particular repair can be performed.
Valid form submissions are stored privately in WordPress before the website opens a pre-filled WhatsApp message. Sending that message is a separate action you complete in WhatsApp.
